Our Client:
A large conglomerate leading multiple industry segments , headquartered out of Jeddah with operations in the Kingdom.
Your Role:
As you are aware we have seen a confluence of major events in the last few years which has changed the our market reality and it has also created a need for family owned enterprises to change the way they play the game. The leadership at the top does realize that established markets and businesses will need a step change to if business is to deliver and grow. HR is viewed as a key enabler and strategic partner that would deliver the competitive advantage. We are seeking a strong HR leader who has led organizations through transformation, has enabled a culture of fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and risk taking within organizations. You would have effectively strung together the different components of organizational development, talent management,change management, technology and talent acquisition to deliver to the overall business strategy. Working in close partnership with the leadership , the role is highly empowered and does require a leader who has a comfort with confrontation as change is always resisted , have the big picture view of the different business units , their needs, challenges etc and the ability to bring things together to attain higher efficiencies and productivity. Develop and drive short-term and long-term people strategy to drive organization’s people and business results. Partner with Operating Company heads to re-structure and redesign organization structure that define a clear line of authority and accountability to meet the changing business needs. Develop and partner with the business to drive Employee Engagement at all employment levels across the Group that will drive business performance. Develop the Nationalization strategy and partner with Group leadership to drive it across the Group that increases the representation of nationals from all sections of the society. Support Operating Companies to determine the optimum workforce required to deliver business goals
You would have the HR, OD,Talent Management, C&B;, Admin and Legal departments under your purview. While #transformation #change management are the buzz words today and the role is exciting for a professional it is important to know that the agenda is supported straight from the top as we all know if the Top leadership is not aligned we can’t make the difference. Do engage if you have led on change transformation ,led HR from being tactical to a strategically positioned partner for the business.

Must Have:
Saudi nationals with 18+ years of deep and relevant HR experience is essential. You should have well rounded experience with at least one stint in a previous or current employment wherein you have led on transformation.
