Deliver Company’s growth objective by optimizing the HORECA sales & distribution of all product range in the designated area by strictly adhering to Company policies & procedures and maintaining the highest standards of sales ethics
Main Responsibilities:
Achieving the monthly sales targets assigned
Identify, explore and extend business opportunities with new and existing key accounts and allocated channels in order to meet or exceed set sales revenue targets
Plan, prioritize and allocate short and long term sales activities, ensuring effective deployment of resources, in order to optimize prospects for the achievement of stretching sales targets.
Manage the selling cycle for own portfolio of major accounts from allocation through to sales closure in order to service and grow existing business.
Inform and follow up monthly promotional activities with Sales and Marketing team.
Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers
Delivering presentations of the company products in the HORECA business.
Maintaining the company’s contact database management with up-to-date contact, accurate and activity details.
Producing monthly sales reports and testing very new product releases to support Marketing team.
Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team.
Ensuring availability of the complete product line in the assigned market.
Maintaining a minimum stock level in the stock rooms as well as each outlet.
Maintain and report details of stock movement in each locations assigned.
Providing maximum personal attention to avoid wastage of products.
Timely and frequent visits to the counters.
Operating within the company stipulated frame work.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the customer support staff (merchandisers, shelf boys ……etc) in the different outlets.
Executing the role of merchandiser where ever applicable.
Ensure punctuality and discipline and foster integrity, mutual trust and team spirit among sales staff, and encourage good working relationship with all stakeholders.
Conduct effective & regular meetings to review performance & provide feedback.

Experience of developing business plans and sales strategies
Understanding of Sales & Distribution processe
Good follow-through skills with a high attention to detail to ensure operational efficiency and reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet deadline
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally

Strong planning and organizing skills
Ability to effectively produce presentations and reports for top managemet

Should have excellent negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.
Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.

Willing to travel on frequent basis.
