الوصف الوظيفي
1. Ensuring that the project/company’s targets are met with proper profit and controlling the cost to secure considerable cash flow.
2. Monitoring the transactions of variation order to get client’s consent.
3. Providing assistance to management to deliver increased margins.
4. Preparing project’s cash flow and commercial forecasts.
5. Preparing EoT / L&E;claims.
6. Monitoring the project’s cost continually, particularly the labors and materials’ consumption, in addition to notifying duly of any excess in the estimated project’s cost, clarifying and identifying the reasons of discrepancy, whether due to poor supervision of labors or some other negligence.
7. Approving the issued purchase orders and making sure of relevant cost validation, and comparing them with the final bills of quantities received from Technical Division.
8. Monitoring the materials discharge, laborers, and invoices, in addition to paying visits to sites to control the actual used materials.
9. Preparing, monitoring and updating resources and costs in synchronization with contract’s BOQ, and in concert with projects managers and planning engineers.
10. Good command in English & computer skills.
11. Saudi, Jordanian, Lebanese and Palestinian nationalities are preferable.
المهارات
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
2. At least 10-year of experience.
3. Transferrable Iqama is preferred.
