1. To take responsibility of the quality of products in the Bakery by inspecting the incoming materials, in- process production and finished goods according to Barncafe standard, ISO Systems and the local regulations.
2. Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests , rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
3. Observe and monitor Bakery operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
4. Approve in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting biological, chemical and physical testing; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
5. Discuss inspection results with Production team, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
6. Approve finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
7. Document inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
8. Document any non-conformity ( product, service, process …etc) and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken.
9. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
10. monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
11. make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them.
المهارات
Required Educational Level :
Bachelor Degree in food science.
Required Experience /Certificates :
1. Three Years’ Experience as a quality controller in food industry (preferred in a Factory) .
2. ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 awareness courses.
Required Abilities , Skills and Knowledge :
1. Organizing and planning skills.
2. Strong operational skills in a plants environment.
3. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
4. Able to take directions and follow them accordingly.
5. Good communication skills.
6. Analyzing Information .
7. Reporting Research Results.
8. Documentation Skills.
