Responsible for the maintenance of the property, amenities and infrastructure. Plan and introduce PM program that will ensure the building is kept to the required standards. Ensure that the site and all buildings remain compliant with current legislation and governmental body requirements. Prepare budgets for submission to management. Liaise with contractors and third parties for the supply of materials and service. Make recommendations that will not only maintain but develop the company image to its customers. Carry out quality inspection of suppliers workmanship, ensuring quality is retained at all times. Comply with building regulations and any new requirements

Planning, practical industry based experience. team player, budgeting, proactive approach to the task in hand, forward thinker, strong communicator English/Arabic, Project planning and management, able to work to deadlines, Ability to identify problems and plan strategies accordingly
