Utilizing Keystone Consulting’s unique mythology, the job holder will develop and provide strategic solutions and advisory services that will assist client organizations in turning customer experience into a competitive advantage.
The consultant will provide expertise in managing projects that focus on measuring differentiated customer experiences to drive customer loyalty and create a positive journey.
-Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization.
-Conduct quantities and qualitative analysis.
-Interview the client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders.
-Prepare business proposals, reports and presentations.
-Identify issues and form hypotheses and solutions.
-Present findings and recommendations to clients.
-Manage projects and programs.
-Liaise with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions.
المهارات
-Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or greater is required (minimum), preferably in business management discipline
-Certification: PMI certified or working towards certification is a plus.
-Work Experience: The ideal candidate has 2 – 3 years of experience in management consulting or project management.
-Other requirements: passion for customer experience & passion for quality of life.
