Job Summary
Assure consistent quality of construction by developing and enforcing good construction practice systems; validating processes, providing documentation and managing staff.
Job Duties
• Develop, implement and maintain TQM Department policies and procedures.
• Manage, develop, evaluate and lead the TQM Department assigned tasks.
• Monitor ISO implementation and reviewing progress with of Departments.
• Ensure the proper implementation of Quality Management Systems to maintain and ensure the highest quality standards and compliance.
• Reports to TQM department superiors.
• Submits regular reports of QMS status to BOD.
• Holds regular/ as per need MRM’s.
• Manage corrective and preventative actions to ensure process and products improvement.
• Conduct quality improvement programs and projects in order to participate in these projects to follow-up the team progress.
• Review feedback and detect areas that need improvements.
• Prepare periodic reports with respect to the region and achievements to be submitted to the TQM Management.
• Ensure that instructions, circulars, organizational, and technical decisions are followed and applied.
• Conduct periodic meetings to follow-up on the smooth running of activities and keeping abreast with latest business-related practices.
• Coordinate all activities of functional groups to ensure that tasks undertaken do not overlap, repeat or conflict.
• Utilize appropriate quality tools to promote TQM culture and ensure process robustness.
• Any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education : Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Civil Engineering or any related field
Minimum Experience : 0-2 years in a related field.
Training and Certifications : Any related training.
Languages : English, Arabic.
