JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the compliance of company factories and
premises to SFDA rules and regulations and to be responsible to develop the
internal compliance system and internal audits accordingly.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
Conduct Internal Audits and ensure immediate
correction of the findings.
Lead in preparation of audit work programs
identifying specific audit steps to be performed, including test plans.
Lead cross-functional team to close all gaps.
Communicate audit status and action plan
progress update.
Provide supports and flexibility to the
business.
Build relationship with SFDA and other Gov.
Personnel.
Support internal audits focused primarily on
the government’s internal controls, asset safeguarding, and compliance with
procedures, laws, and regulations.
Independently and objectively, help plan and
execute audits in accordance with professional and governmental auditing
standards, if needed.
Frequently update Management team with SFDA
update via periodic written updates.
Prepare time and resource budget estimates to
complete the audit.
Prepare formal written work papers and
reports, documenting audit work performed, and expressing conclusions.
Perform all administrative functions necessary
to ensure compliance with government bodies.
Maintain an updated list of the approved SFDA
regulations, standards and technical regulations related to Food and request
the purchase of any updated or newly released standard.
Supervise the deployment of the updated or
newly released SFDA regulations, standards and technical regulations in SMFF
and report relevant non-conformances.
Job location – Phase 4 Industrial City, Jeddah
المهارات
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. Quality / Engineering is preferred.
Previous experience in SFDA or in similar position in food or drugs industry.
Fluency in Arabic & English Language is a must.
