Job Summary:
Follow-up to achieve the monthly and annual targets specified by the company’s management in coordination with the sales / finding solutions and setting the proposals to ensure the work in the operations as required / face any obstacles that may arise during the workflow.
Job Functions:
1- Review the customers’ credit requests and enhancing their approvals or raising them to a higher level for completion.
2. Daily follow-up and coordination with the Public Pension Agency in a way that ensure the approval process for the client’s submitted requests is not tardy.
3 - Follow-up financial matters with the Public Pension Agency to replenish the accounts and complete the commission of the company.
4- Coordination between the various departments in the Company (accounting / legal / collection and other departments) and officials of the Public Pension Agency in respect of all pendants with the institution.
5 - Coordination with the sales department, whether periodic meetings or daily communication by various ways to ensure the progress of work and achieve the objectives of sales company.
6 - Contributing to solve the problems of real estate and customer complaints in cooperation with the Legal Department and the Department of customer care.
7. Follow-up the relationship with the strategic partners, insurance companies and other contracting companies to ensure that the service is performed in accordance with the signed agreements.
8. Follow-up daily balances with banks to determine the cash needs of the company as well as participate in the management of relations with the banks that the company deals with in accordance with the directives of the company’s management.
9 - Follow-up issuance of checks for the purchase of real estate as well as follow-up operations emptying the properties of customers and emptying the properties of the portfolios of the investors working with the company.
10 - Any other work is assigned by the management of the company.
Other Responsibilities:
• Financial responsibility (issuance of checks / signature on the accounts of the company with the banks for the implementation of daily operations / implementation of financial powers specified for the job according to the financial terms of reference)
• Legal liability
• Ensure that all important documents pertaining to the administration (contracts and attachments / bonds signed by customers as required and kept in a proper manner according to the company’s procedures.

Practical experiences
- Working in leading positions in banks or financial or real estate companies / Has an experience in the field of credit and study budgets and analysis / ability and experience sufficient in dealing with employees
- Experience should not be less than 10 years of practical experience in the field of work
Professional skills
Knowledge of the mortgage finance system.
