• Reporting to Executive Director
• Managers assigned to projects and respective teams.
• Executing all Projects on time and as per specification resulting in client satisfaction
• Oversee all project enterprise GIS operations including database management and administration, data development, system administration, technical consulting
• Manage Enterprise GIS projects and work programs by planning prioritizing, scheduling and providing leadership to team members,
• Take needed corrective actions, to any deviation on projects corrective action needs to be taken
• Define and report KPI for each project (tracking and progress).
• Control Security and confidential aspects of projects and products
• Coordinates with project managers, clients, and staff to meet projects needs.
• Find alternatives to reduce costs, enhance quality, and reduce execution time
• Continue to share, build and utilize expertise in GIS verticals of Geo database, GIS projects, surveying, cartography, for project execution
• Get personal sufficient proficiency in GIS core areas to be able to manage those elements effectively in the projects
• Support a common shared resource of department GIS services, for, coordination among, and support to GIS customers
• Develop policies and procedures for execution of GIS related projects.
• Participate in major sales pitch of government and private clients.
• Participate in Bid committee to finalize technical financial offering to end customers
• Submit and maintain management and finance reporting on cash flow, project accounting and budgeting status.
• Coordinate with inner departments (Finance, administrative affairs, HR, IT, legal) to ensure smooth operation of projects activities.
• Support new initiatives on PMP, ERP, QA and knowledgebase

10+ years experience in projects management
Prefared GIS and feild Survey Knouledge
