· Define process, system configuration, data flow and access control for maintenance and material management systems Loc8, Sku Vault, SAP and DOMO
· Assure Integration and validation of master/transactional data for equipment, material, customers, FLOCs and task lists
· Support departmental users and customers across the research community in using cloud-based applications including Loc8, Sku Vault, DOMO, and T-Scan
· Conduct user acceptance and integration testing and highlights gaps for new changes and projects
· Assure proper collection and tracking of maintenance cost on granular level (equipment, lab, operation, order); assure periodic settlements on assigned cost center
· Reconcile material/Financial ledgers for accurate movement types and postings
· Align material demands to maintenance work orders
· Support and power user for SAP modules (PM/SRM/MM/FICO)
· Prepare change requests and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) as per SAP change management process
· Monitor and review Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application; mitigates roles and T-codes risks
· Prepare and schedule preventive maintenance plans in SAP and Loc8 when needed
· Conduct and generate a variety of operational and system reports and dashboards
· Liaison with IT Department for new change requests
· Contribute to the continuous improvement in business process and implements industry best practices

Technical Skills:
· Understand written technical material communication related to maintenance, spare parts and reporting systems
· Expert level command on system configuration and processes for Loc8, SkuVault, SAP PM / SAP MM, DOMO Business Intelligence, and knowledge of SAP FICO
· Ability to integrate SAP with other ERPs and other software
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Ability to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

· Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
· Strong planning and organizational skills
