الوصف الوظيفي Conduct: Basic technical training in all regions in accordance with ZLC guidelines. Conduct: Apprentice training as and when required by the Talent Development Controller. Conduct: Customer/product specific training in all regions as per ZLC master plan. Conduct: Fundamentals assessments and training as required by the TCDP. Maintenance training to improve CSI and loyalty. Source and compile all relevant training materials which include assessment forms and procedures, course outlines, trainer modules, notes and presentations, trainee handouts, self-study materials, practical exercises using equipment/tools, and any other relevant materials. Update training database based on assessments performed and training given. Prepare fundamental training courses based on latest information from manufacturer. Ensure tooling required for training is available and in good working order and assist in developing training aids. المهارات Degree in Engineering (preferably in Mechanical or Electrical). Proficiency in MS Office applications is essential. Proven experience in conducting presentations and dealing with multicultural groups; and Excellent coaching and mentoring background and exposure. Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in both English and Arabic. 2 Years technical training at a dealer would be beneficial. Must be flexible with work hours.
