الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for the design, development and implementation of Talent Development activities related to essential and financial soft skills or e-technology and e-learning. Leads and guides trainees to develop new skills, knowledge or language acquisition that will enhance their work by delivering training programs in coordination with ZLI’s training plan in accomplishing the organization’s mission, vision and bold goals. Work closely with Talent Development Advisor in creating or revising T&D;curricula, including course outline, course instructional plans and learning objective evaluation and assessment / test measurement documents. Identifies training needs and training gaps in the organization in a close cooperation with the T&D;Advisor(s) and line manager(s). Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization’s needs Partner with individual departments to outline deliverables, expectations and risks, to include specific training needs for staff members. Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs. Uses training resources efficiently to develop the Course Curricula Package (including course outlines, scope/sequence, presentation, participant guide, cheat sheet, self-study references, practical exercises and training resources). Create high quality T&D;deliverables within prescribed deadlines and successful completion of all associated training administrative functions (e.g. Training Progress Report, Post course projects etc.). المهارات CMA / ACCA / CPA / Strong Financial Certification. MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) qualifications would be preferred. Knowledge of facilitation for individuals and / or groups, and measurement of training effects. A strong background in Finance with appropriate qualifications (or) an aptitude for IT and an up-to-date knowledge of common applications and systems. Strong knowledge of applying different adult learning styles. Ability to communicate and deliver effective presentation. Ability to demonstrate leadership and teamwork as an integral part of the Talent Development. Demonstrates strong proficiency and fluency in English and Arabic languages, both verbal and written. Training or Teaching adults with emphasis on designing and delivering a variety of Financial Skills / IT Skills. Superior communication skills with proven presentation experience and proficiency in MS Office applications, Prior experience as a Trainer or Specialist, preferably in Business Development, Finance & Accounting, IT. Possesses a designated level of professional skill and/or knowledge in specific area(s) and keeps current with developments and trends in area(s) of expertise. Must have a “big” picture focus in both departmental and company strategy. Highly energetic, enthusiastic and a motivational training style. Ability to communicate and deliver effective presentations. Strong knowledge of adult learning styles. Willingness to travel throughout KSA. Ability to achieve objectives when working individually and within a team. Native speaker or native-fluent in the language being taught.
