الوصف الوظيفي Serve as the central coordinator for the process development, review and improvement for both front office and back office functions Help business units to prepare their detailed process maps for their key processes Develop Standard Operating Procedures / Policy and Procedures to ensure roles and responsibilities and clear division of labor across business units. Periodically review the business processes and procedures for performanceimprovement Process Implementation & Reporting: Ensure compliance of business units for the agreed processes and procedures for all new investment and advisory projects Serve as the custodian of controlling, measuring and reporting the performance of business units in abiding by the agreed processes and procedures Conduct business process analysis studies and develop reports on business improvement initiatives and implement action plans to achieve them. Conduct reviews of process performance results and identify areas of weakness for improvement. Identify potential risks and provide regular risk assessment reports to the Management for the business processes and implementation of investment and advisory projects throughout their cycle Be responsible for the implementation of process improvement initiatives and provide regular reports for the Management including comparison with past performance and benchmark Manage department and projects communication processes to ensure that all processes are applied and followed Ensure continuous improvement of the communication stream and apply any new relevant standards. Building the Internal Capabilities in the Organization Model business processes details using ARIS /VISIO or other similar software platform and continuously improve the models. Ensure the quality of process models according to the standards, framework and manual.
At least bachelor degree in Business Administration and other relevant fields Ability to communicate professionally across the organization and externally Professional certificates would be an advantage. Management experience and a proven record of accomplishment with strategic and budgetary responsibility, including the development of enterprise wide systems, policies and procedures Strong commercial mindset Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy (Microsoft - Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Visio or equivalent process related software Fluency in English (reading, speaking, and writing) Work with little supervision and be part of the leadership team Manage your work to meet deadlines Display a team player attitude, be motivated, flexible, a creative thinker, and fast learner Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and manage multiple projects Demonstrate a detail oriented and conscientious approach Please, no agencies or recruiters |
