Summary
The Marketing Manager, who will develop, manages and implements marketing and promotional campaigns for the whole retail division of AMG in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Retail Marketing Manager will work closely with the Merchandising, Category Management, and the Retail sales teams to implement marketing campaigns. Retail experience is highly desirable. This is a place where creative solutions are valued, and innovation is a way of life.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work to maximize visual presence in-store and at events by planning & development and production of printed materials, point-of-sale materials and fixtures.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for the chain of retail stores with a focus on driving sales.
• Lead creative process and oversee tactical execution to develop all in-store and event materials.
• Write creative briefs, manage timelines, negotiate costs and traffic all printed materials, point-of-sale items and fixtures.
• Work with Merchandise Team and Category Managers to develop all point-of sale materials and fixtures to support product launches, and selling programs.
• Design, develop and distribute in-store materials to support seasonal product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee relationships and direct outside vendors including graphic designers, printers, banner and display companies.
• Effectively communicate and act as cross-functional lead to ensure all in-store materials and programs are utilized successfully and executed against plan.
• Develop and distribute a seasonal retail merchandising catalog and order forms.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with Purchasing Department on orders/reorders of all printed materials, point-of-sale/event materials and fixtures to ensure sufficient quantities are in stock.
• Efficiently manage the Loyalty program of the organization.
• On a regular basis execute the direct mail and SMS campaign of the organization.

• Minimum 5 years experience in retail industry (Hypermarket/Super Market) would be an added qualification.
• Ability to understand the impact of operational decisions on organizational initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally during the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
