الوصف الوظيفي
Conducting rounds, discussing and monitoring infection control practices with staff; collects ; trains staff on implementation of infection control practices; investigates incidents of infection or violation of IC practices.
Overseeing of the infection control program and the compliance of the Exposure Control Plan and Infection Control Practices of the facility
Developing and revising policies and procedures relating to the Infection Control Program to insure infection control standards that meet national and international standards and evidence based practices
submit a report of infections, recommendations for action, and control measures to IC committee,IC regional manager and management on quretrly basis
Provide staff and patient education on risk of infection and practices to reduce risks
Put infection control isolation precautions whenever there is communicable disease inside the organization.
Monitoring of Central sterilization services activity .
Supervising occupationsal health program in coordination with employee health clinic inside the facility
Managing data for healthcare associated infections and analysing Surveillance data for picking any outbreaks and putting risk reduction goals in the future.
Train and educate staff and patients for all infection control measures
المهارات
Healthcare education with high school diploma.
Certified Infection control and/or puplic health
Previous experience in infection prevention and control is preferred.
Knowledge of principles of infection control is a must.
