Have an in-depth understanding of F&B;warehouse functions and industry standards.
Proficient in handling temperature-controlled space, chiller, freezer, humidity, ambient stocks storages/movements, with set standard/norms.
Manages transportation, deliveries efficiently to/from outlets at the right time without affecting shops busy schedule.
Able to manage staffs, associates with varying levels of experience and education.
Train individuals and the team to develop technical, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Coordinate all warehouse activities to ensure that required tasks are accurately completed in an efficient manner
Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety.
Skilled in inventory control, ensuring all inventory transactions are properly executed to prevent inventory losses or overages.
Negotiates best rates with all service providers.
Deep understanding of WMS system, receiving, put away, storage, replenishments, cost involved at different stages.
Ensure warehouse regulatory compliance as per Civil Defense, Baladiya & SFDA etc. to avoid any penalties.
Close control on the product expiries & on-time solution before expiry.
Lodge shipments shortage/damage claims to the concerned party: if any
Capable of handling in & outside operations as per company requirement.
Manage all aspects of the product supply process to ensure consistent product availability without inventory shortages/overages.
Must have knowledge of all warehouse types of equipment & timely maintenance.
Expert Knowledge of computer, English & Arabic; reading, writing, Typing & communicate fluently.
Ensure the warehouse & staffs maintained at expected sanitation standard/norms.
Able to work under pressure & performs other related duties as required by the company.
