The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training.
Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-time permanent position. We believe your high qualification and passion can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 33 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees. This position is based in Jeddah and directly reports to the HSEQ and CI Manager. Duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining Quality Management System as a part of integrated HSEQ management system by coordinating and managing the process to ensure the system is in accordance with ISO-9001, authorities’ and clients’ requirements.
Responsible for the system of documentation that support the HSEQ management system.
Maintain and update in a timely manner the system of documentation that supports the HSEQ management system. Assist all managers to comply with the requirements of HSEQ management system (Jotun 14 Elements) by means of safety walks and internal audits. Coordinate the work of 5S team (5S quick checks, 5S tertial audits) to ensure 5S program is implemented and maintained at the production premises.

Qualifications:
You are a Saudi national (Saudization program) You have an academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience
You are between 23-30 years old
You have a good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages Personal qualities:
