The Jotun MEIA graduate program is one important tool in meeting this challenge, as it offers a rich and fulfilling experience along with extensive training.
Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-time permanent position. We believe your high qualification and passion can make a difference to the future development of Jotun. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region.

Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 33 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees. This position is based in Jeddah and directly reports to the Area Sales Manager. Duties and responsibilities: Expand and strengthen Project clients network through structured follow up and mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing customers, and plan well the new projects accounts.
Introduce, promote and sell Decorative products to allocated customers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
Follow-up on Projects within allocated geographical territories and ensure that our customers reflecting Jotun identity and distribution strategy by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with contractors to ensure JOTUN products are used and to achieve sales budget.
Build data base and good relations with target customers groups, interior designers, painters, contractors, and consultants.
Securing small/medium/large projects and utilize distribution network in the supplying process to awarded projects.
Follow up collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.

Qualifications:
You are a Saudi national (Saudization program)
You have an academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience
You are between 23-30 years old
You have a good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages Personal qualities:
