Jotun MEIA region is looking for young talents, like you, for one-year graduate program that will be integrated into a full-time permanent position. The Jotun MEIA graduate program will take you through a challenging and exciting journey in the organization. As a selected candidate, you will also be given specific tasks and assignments for a maximum period of 3 months outside your home location, within the MEIA region. Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia has been established for more than 33 years and has three production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu with 5 sales offices and warehouses around the Kingdom and more than 500 employees This position is based in Jeddah and directly reports to the Chief Accountant. Duties and responsibilities:
Support the department in various aspects related to account payable by preparing reconciliations, preparing schedules, consistent housekeeping and generating monthly reports in order to support treasury management. Administer all payments in the company by processing invoices related to purchase of raw materials and company expenses as well as liaising closely with sales personnel on additional transactions related to sales activities in the business segments to ensure efficient payment and in accordance to company policies and procedures.
Manage cash payment by assessing, monitoring and evaluating the payment request in order to ensure efficient utilization of cash in accordance to company policies and procedures.
Develop, maintain, analyze & improve financial reporting data (MIS) and initiate, implement improvement plans in business system and resolve technical issues.
Assist Chief Accountant in preparing various financial reports on timely manner and regularly distribute appropriate variance reports to all concerned to assist them to analyze further and operate within the targeted figures.

Qualifications:
You are a Saudi national (Saudization program)
You have academic degree (Bachelor and /or Master’s degree)
You have 1-3 years of relevant experience You are between 20-30 years old You have good command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages Personal qualities:
