Responsible for a facility that manufactures construction materials for our projects.
Must have specific experience working in a plant producing and manufacturing construction materials suppliers like Aluminum, Glass, Steel, Sandwich Panel, Block, Precast, Kerbstone, Interlock & Concrete mixture.
Manage the operations and maintenance staff to ensure timely production and distribution of products within quality standards, high uniformity and optimum production costs.
Accountable for all aspects of the operation maintenance and engineering activities of the Factory
Responsible for the development and execution of annual operating plans
Responsible for overseeing the operations of the manufacturing plant.
Responsible for overall safety environmental and regulatory matters
Reviews cost reports to locate excessive expenses and take necessary corrective action.
Assure environmental compliance and clean plant operations.
Review requests and make decisions regarding the purchase of new equipment and supplies.
Prepare the planned equipment budget reports and ensure the cost to be within the planned budget inspecting the distribution performance of the equipment on site.
Managing the suppliers and subcontractors relations for getting quotations negotiating prices issuance or renewal subcontracts and following up subcontractor’s maintenance services.
Managing the daily operation job of Equipment section for rental and owned equipment review of equipment report to ensure the best utilization hour for equipment on site.
المهارات
Mechanical/Civil/Architecture engineering degree
Previous KSA experience
Previous experience managing a plant for construction materials
Working with construction companies
