Key accountabilities
· Researching the target market and finding Customers & Companies to target.
· Cold calling potential customers and selling the company’s products.
· Attending meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
· Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
· Working to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets as set by Venue Manager/Head of Sales
· Progressing towards activity targets and KPI’s set by the sales manager.
· Maintaining (daily) an up to date customer database (Nutshell). .
· Creating invoices as well as following up payments with customers .
· Brainstorming, developing and implementing new products & sales toolkits
· Following up with past customers and cross selling products.
· Providing assistance to other members of the sales team.
· Following up on leads generated by other departments.
· Investigating and resolving queries from customers
· Creating, setting up, attending and managing events (indoor and outdoor)
· Submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports
· Resolving customer complaints in a way that wins the customer for life.
· Being engaged in customer game time, events and other activities to ensure customers
· You will actively work with the entire Bounce team to ensure Customer Experiences are on average 9 or better (NPS Rating)
Pre-requisites
· You must have at least 4+ years sales experience
· Age between 25-35 years
· You must have a High School Degree or greater
· You must be fluent in Arabic and English
· You must be strong in Excel and Powerpoint
· You must have a driving license and own car
· FMCG/Sports and Recreation Background preferred
