Mechanical Design Engineer

Knowledge:
1- Minimum; Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2- Minimum; 5 years of post-graduation experience.
3- Minimum; 2 years of G.C.C. working experience.

Skills:
1- Ability to work with AutoCad;
2- Experience in reading and checking Workshop drawings;
3- Knowledge in Structural Saudi Building codes and Regulations;
4- Mechanical Layout design
5- Ability to inspect and approve the work on-site and approve structural drawings.
6- Site Execution

Abilities:
1- Working under pressure.

Responsibilities:
• To design new projects for the architectural drawings from design section.
• To review design of all ongoing projects.
• To prepare tender documents i.e. project specification’s BOQ and design drawings of HVAC, and plumbing as per requirement.
• To provide in-time the equipment related electrical information load, to electrical design section for incorporation in their electrical design work.
• To provide equipment demands with complete technical information to procurement section.
• To ensure technical review of all quotation / Technical submittals related to Mechanical services.
• To supervise the team of Auto CAD with in the section in respect of preparation of Design Drawings.
• To visit the projects for technical assistance in side or out side the kingdom as per advice of the senior’s.
• To visit the factories for pre-shipment inspection’s of new manufacturer equipments.
• To verify the invoices of the technical equipments, tools and material after delivery and technical verification, in Jeddah control system or at site.
• To manage correspondence and meeting with the equipment suppliers for quotations and related technical maters as per specification and pursuance for in time deliveries.
• Any other task assigned by the management
