الوصف الوظيفي
· Plan, schedule and execute Project Plan.
· Ability to execute the project plan on time using appropriate resources on site.
· Review and approve project reports and designs.
· Develop shop drawings that cover the change required of the project.
· Assess both the challenges and potential risks of the planned project.
· Provides technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc., as required. Initiates and maintains extra work estimating and issuance of change orders.
· Undertake initiatives for risk management and take appropriate steps during planning, scheduling, and execution of project.
· Support planning, pricing, bidding and tendering for new projects.
· Ensure Saudi Arabia’s Regulations and Standards are followed without exception.
· Ensure Site Safety Rules followed by all resources.
· Responsibly take possession and/or manage site equipment and material receiving.
· Monitors the efficient use of materials and equipment.
· Monitor the operations and working of staff on the site and able to produce a report.
· Communicate effectively with other subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
· Set a perfect schedule for the purchase of equipment and raw materials.
المهارات
• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• Sound mathematical and technical skills including physics.
• Ability to think methodically, to design, plan and manage projects.
• Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiating, supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate.
• High computer knowledge and skills.
