Developing growth strategies and plans in-line with detailed business projection
• Business level & Functional level strategic planning, Implementation and evaluation through consistent feed back loop
• Develop Business plan and Modelling
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Managing and increasing the client base
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and client needs
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Writing business proposals & Negotiating with stakeholders
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
المهارات
Qualification
• Post graduate or Equivalent Degrees in business development or business management are the most relevant for this career along with significant experience in this field, however studying a related course can also be helpful, such as:a) Business Development b) Economics or Finance Soft Skills
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
• Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch
• Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
• Good decision-making skills
• High-level communication & Presentation skills
• Stakeholder management skills & Conflict resolution
• Great organisational skills & Good networking skills
