• Develop and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products
• Qualify and launch new products, line extensions, and adjacencies.
• Responsible for setting, monitoring and delivering volume/value share targets, top-line and bottom-line targets for all brands.
• Development and execution of brand strategies
• Set and administer an annual marketing budget
• Guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team
• Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
• Develop, manage and refine the organization’s digital and social media presence
• Manage and measure marketing campaign costs
• Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Identify new business opportunities
• Conduct market research studies
• Negotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials and advertising productions
• Developing a robust customer segmentation for the category and assessing the performance in target segments (e.g., product awareness, usage, image, share)
• Developing annual budgets, quarterly forecast, and Monthly rolling Demand Plans
• Operating as a cross-functional thought-leader, involved and monitoring the performance of support functions against category strategy and is involved in decision making to achieve targets
• Build and shape a highly-effective, world-class marketing organization by hiring, training, motivating and setting leadership direction for all direct reports
• Responsible for the image and the projection of each brand, across all sales channels, and in all communication efforts
• Establishing the category and brand advertising campaign and approving the marketing mix (price, channels, promotions, communications)
• Managing by objectives (MBO), tracking measures and benchmarking vs. KPIs, coaching and leading the team to assure the highest performance and customer service standards
المهارات
Minimum 10 years of functional marketing experience out of which 5 should be management level.
Minimum 5 years experience in a Fortune 500 multinational
Ideal candidate to have a blend of experience between multinational and local FMCGs
