Provide all relevant support with regard to coffee & syrups business’s requirements in terms of training, demonstration and sales support
Conduct/scheduled regular (monthly/weekly) appointments with existing customers to check the quality of the coffee and machines’ calibration requirements on a national level and make sure to retain those customers with the maximum service level
Provide the necessary training for all sales forces across kingdom relevant to Coffee & Syrup demonstrations
Conduct and lead the necessary training/demonstration activities provided to all new/existing customers for both products (Coffee & Syrups) with an alignment with the CDM
Assist the sales team on their daily customer visits for a better introduction of coffee/syrup products
Achieving the assigned monthly sales coverage target aligned with NSM & CDM
Participate in all planned HORECA events that the company joins hand with and assist on the tasting/demonstration activities and provide all technical support services’ information to the visitors
Work closely with CDM to make sure that all assigned customers are being visited and approached on a national level and with a coordination with all RSM’s
Assist on all other additional responsibilities that business may require
المهارات
Having a strong knowledge on Coffee Business with a previous experience of minimum 3 years at similar role focus
Having a strong knowledge on the barista job including machines’ calibration and Latte art
Having a good knowledge on the mixology business (mocktails mixology, menu cards design ….)
Having a barista certification (basic level in the minimum) from a delegated organization
Having a strong sales, communication and negotiation skills
Having a very good (spoken & written) English & Arabic languages
Holding a Bachelor degree is a plus at any business field
Having participated in some barista/bartender competition/activity is a plus
