الوصف الوظيفي · Design, implement and manage investments including investment policies, guidelines, and processes that will prudently achieve market rate of return on invested funds. · Monitor, analyze, and interpret investment portfolio performance evaluation reports to make recommendations to management on changes to investment policy. · Develop an understanding and interpreting of financial information, company accounts, statistics, economics, political events and their implications on investment decisions. · Research and develop in-depth knowledge in industrial sector or a geographical area, in order to make informed recommendations to management. · Develop investment plan and implementation strategy for assigned investment area(s); · Research and analyze investment opportunities, undertake financial modelling and valuation, conduct due diligence on prospective investments and recommend it to the management. · Assist in the evaluation of economic conditions and overall portfolio positions; work with management in recommending changes in strategy of asset mix and in determining which investments to make and/or recommend to the Board for approval. · Understanding the strategic vision developed by the management, assess the impact and required direction in order to shape, define and establish an Investment strategy and road map for the appropriate portfolio to define and meet the needs of the business. · Understanding of the market landscape for the Investment portfolio specifically focused on competitive information, market data, technical developments and key trends, opportunities and threats. Principal Accountabilities: · Provides investment operational support to Management. · Compiles and prepares spreadsheets, reports, and analyses. · Analyzes investment portfolios to determine opportunities to generate additional yield or minimize investment risk. · Ensures that alternative investments are safe through proper analysis. · Develops, reviews, and makes recommendations for changes in investment policies due to changing market conditions. · Reviews procedural and document flow charts relating to section operations. · Analyzing financial information relating to the companies they are researching, e.g. Income statement, Balance sheet and cash flow statements. · Conducting regular meetings with the management of the companies, sometimes at their premises, e.g. to discuss variances from the planned performance versus actual. · Keeping up to date with market developments and all that can affect the markets, e.g. movements in the economies of relevant countries, political events. · Monitoring the financial news using specialist media sources. · Prepares feasibility studies for the identified investment opportunity. · Underwrite and conduct analysis of acquisitions and potential development of new projects through valuation, financial modelling, market research, and portfolio analysis. · Perform financial analyses, cash flow, debt and equity financial modelling, and analysis of project budgets for assets in various portfolios. · Coordinates and manages completion of due diligence activities within proposed time frames and approved schedule. · Firm grasp over all projects in the portfolio, demonstrated knowledge of key/critical factors affecting financial success of the projects in the portfolio. المهارات Education: Degree in Finance or Business, or CFA candidate Experience: 5+ years Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: · Demonstrated success in investment management & good track record · Deep understanding of investment activities and fundraising best practices · Highly energetic, self-starting, entrepreneurial and creative individual who can express/recognize ideas, opportunities, and communicate goals and objectives clearly · Ability to travel · Proficiency in English (written & oral) essential with strong presentation skills · Strong financial management skills Knowledge of: · Business/Financial analysis · Due diligence · Equity research · Financial modelling · Valuation · Merges and Acquisitions · Private equity investment · Venture Capital investment Ability to: · Manage or monitor the investment portfolios in accordance with legal and other requirements and restrictions. · Work cooperatively with other employees, customers, clients, and the public. Skills: · Analysis Skills: Thorough and critical review of all information pertaining to project feasibility. Unbiased reporting of project risks, weaknesses and strengths. · Accountability / Reliability: Reacts quickly and urgently to risks, problems and issues surfaced during project evaluation and recommend the course of action to mitigate those risks. · Works well independently and takes initiative to find answers and seek guidance when appropriate. · Problem solving: Applies good judgment and historical analysis to issues or problems discovered during due diligence, and formulates sounds plans to mitigate problems. · Coordination: Actively synchronizes between several departments.
