Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
Participate in coordinaton of projects (e.g. renovations).
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Ensure uninterrupted production schedules with the highest practicable efficiencies.
Guarantee an adequate spare parts inventory & supply.
Ensure all assets maintained and available for production by the application of a preventive maintenance system.
Carry out periodic maintenance according to the preventive maintenance system guidelines & coordinate same with the other departments’ Heads.
Ensure that the plant meets all machinery legislative requirements.
Train and lead maintenance workers and technicians into efficient troubleshooting and timely repairs.
Develop and execute an annual operating plan to prevent unplanned machine stoppage.
Provide accurate and timely plan layouts, feasibility studies for equipment selection.
Tailor a preventive maintenance schedule for plant equipment, control and source spare parts.
Submit the annual maintenance Plan and keep records as technical logs for machine history; repair and overall maintenance.
Timely co-ordination with production and Quality Control depts. for scheduling Preventive Maintenance Program.
Monitor and control execution of maintenance schedule to achieve optimum use of Co.’s assets and conservation of resources.
Sets Operations Department budget related to Maintenance Department.
المهارات
At least 5 years of experience in plant maintenance
Health and safety standards.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good in Computer.
Bachelor degree.
