الوصف الوظيفي
Work closely with the HR department in all recruitment functions to meet the manpower needs of the company.
Prepare and post vacancies on the website.
Perform searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant criteria, using the existing database, networking as well as employee referrals.
Support the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, while simultaneously ensuring proper documentation.
Coordinate interviews with the relevant managers and conduct regular follow up with them.
Advise job seekers about the success or failure of their application.
Carry out other HR-related responsibilities as requested by the management.

Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.
Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver required results.
Must be diplomatic and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
