الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for efficient implementation and monitoring of sales activities in sales branch operations and different sales channels. Accountabilities 1) Assist the Country Manager in developing sales plan and brief Marketing on required promotional campaigns. 2) Assist in leading the sales operations to set individual objectives, manage performance, develop and motivate sales Team. 3) Develop sales policies, systems, processes and procedures to ensure the consistent application and ease of sales operations. 4) Manage the continuous review and improvement of sales practices taking into consideration best standard practices. 5) Ensure all sales activities, planning and execution are at the highest level. 6) Provide market place feedback and reports on quarterly basis. 7) Develop account management process to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness in the sales operation. 8) Contribute in developing offer stocks pricing strategy. 9) Ensure to operate and promote a culture of best practices in all sales aspects. 10) Ensure the sales team are fully aware of all the activities and plan. 11) Understands the regional market, and ensure to offer the best proposition in the marketplace under the direction of Country Manager. المهارات · Language: Read, write and speak English is a must. Arabic is preferred. · Knowledge of MS office. (Excel and PowerPoint is a must). · Experience in General Trade, Whole sale and Modern Trade channels. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Strong management and organizational skills. · Strong analytical and problem solving. · Strong negotiation skills.
