Responsible to conduct periodic market product study and apply sourcing and procurement to list the new products in Retail Ground Sales operations.
Monitoring of stock levels of all Skysales products, ordering based on the established re-ordering system and ensuring timely arrival of goods.
Maintaining a directory of all products and assigning part numbers to newly selected products received from International and Local Suppliers.
Follow up with procurement for the prompt clearance of shipments in liaison with the concerned department and coordinate with the suppliers for proper documentations.
Manage development of effective negotiation and contracting strategies.
Manage supplier sourcing and contracting as per company guidelines.
Coordinate with management for supplier agreement review, development and maintenance.
Perform supplier management activities for assigned suppliers.
Take supplier performance surveys & feedback and recommend improvements.
Conduct market reviews and develop selling strategies for assigned products.
Provide issue resolution for supplier service and quality issues.
Manage and execute assigned category projects within allotted timelines.
Build assortment strategy guidelines to create curated s catalog with strong point of view
Strategically execute SKU rationalization on SKU catalog
Work in close coordination with Category Management, Site Merchandising, Planning & Pricing teams
Develop customized dashboards and reports to identify sales trends & assortment of product needs.
Identify white space gaps with categories, brands & price tiers
Partner with Pricing Team to build strategies to maximize profit & revenue

Proven collaborator with outstanding verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills and an exceptional ability to communicate new ideas.
Female candidate flexible to travel and work in field.
