ROLE
To possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with an ability to manage customer relationships.
Should be able to prepare BOQ of the inquiry by quick estimation& pricing the job in line with Project / Contract specs.
Developing and growing long-term relationships with customers.
Carryout Site Survey for preparing the realistic quotation.
Act as a coordinator between the client and all departments manager in the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementing, Adjusting & Maintaining the Department System and Workflow.
Achieving Growth &Hitting;Sales Targets by Successfully Managing the Sales Team
Designing & Implementing A Strategic Sales Plan That Expands Company’s Customer
Base and Ensure Its Strong Presence
Managing Recruiting, Objectives Setting, Coaching and Performance Monitoring of Sales Representatives
Build and Promote Strong, Long-Lasting Customer Relationships by Partnering with Them and Understanding Their Needs
Present Sales, Revenue and Expenses Reports and Realistic Forecasts to The Management Team
Identify Emerging Markets and Market Shifts While Being Fully Aware of New Products and Competition Status
Evaluate Store and Individual Performances
Report on Regional Sales Results
Forecast Quarterly and Annual Profits
Identify Hiring Needs, Select and Train New Salespeople
Prepare and Review the Annual Budget for The Area of Responsibility
Analyze Regional Market Trends and Discover New Opportunities for Growth
Address Potential Problems and Suggest Prompt Solutions
Participate in Decisions for Expansion or Acquisition
Suggest New Services/Products and Innovative Sales Techniques Increase Customer Satisfaction.
Able to Read and Draw Engineering Drawings Using Auto Cad or Other.
Negotiating Skills.

المهارات
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering of Structure “Preferred “, Mechanical or related field;
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Familiar with ERP system.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
15 years total experience, minimum 10 years sales in same field experience; preference for experience in the Middle East
Excellent attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed.
Transferable IQAMA is a must.
