ROLE DESCRIPTION
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers,
Learn and utilize the company’s production processes, procedures, and quality standards
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Preparing project specific cost estimates, tender documents and technical / commercial proposal.
Proactively following-up on sales leads, quotations and new projects.
Responsible for work preparation which includes: preparation of workshop drawings, technical product information, and job overviews
Handling technical and commercial correspondence with clients and suppliers by telephone, email and project meetings
Reporting on a weekly basis to the management and contributing to team effort by accomplishing the set monthly and annual targets
Communicate credit period and payment terms to customers clearly.
Assist the debt collector whenever so called upon.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Persuading clients that a product will best satisfy their needs,
Negotiating tender and contract terms,
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions,
Offering after-sales support services,
Administering client accounts,
Analyzing costs and sales,
Preparing reports for Area manager,
Meeting regular sales targets,
Recording and maintaining client contact data,
Tasks-entails identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, negotiating and closing business deals.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations for realistic quotations.
Gathering market and customer information.
Lead and manage key accounts to ensure increased revenue & customer satisfaction & find ways to expand the sales network.

المهارات
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or another related field.
Min 4-7 years of experience in the sales field of industries such as metal, steel structure, Tank fabrication or manufacturing company.
Sales experience with construction, estimation division is mandatory for the role
Knowledge for the Construction, Fabrication, and Manufacturing of steel structure, Tank steel, and PPE Building.
Must have a valid KSA driving license.
Excellent communication skills - Fluent English verbal and in written
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint)
Knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD / Tekla…etc.
Ability to effectively work in a multi-national work team; whilst displaying particular sensitivity towards cultural and ethnic differences.
Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to understand, interpret and anticipate operating environment.
