We are looking for a Marketing and PR Manager who has experience in Real Estate or Facility Management or Construction. You will work as Solo and be responsible for managing all aspects of marketing
You will also be in charge of Public Relations and being responsible for building and maintaining a positive image for HALJ.
• Working with the executive team, led by the CEO, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Create the identity of new brands and products reflected by the company.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a systematic basis
• Establish a relationship with reliable media and news
• Organizing an event for Marketing and PR purposes.
• To perform other duties as required by the direct supervisor and/or company management that do not conflict with our company policies, procedures, and Applicable laws
المهارات
BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related Business felid degree.
Experience as a company spokesperson; comfortable and skilled in both broadcast and print media interviews.
More than 7 years of experiences in Marketing, Public Relation, or Event Organizer at a senior level or managerial level.
CMMP- Certified Marketing Management Professional.
Communication and negotiation skills.
Budgeting skills
Ability to use various types of software, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Good social media skills.
An understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Bing, and Google AdWords.
