الوصف الوظيفي
Full responsibility for the leading of the Base activities in respect to O&S;and leading of
Maintenance Team in respect of personnel/workshops/warehouses/Spare parts and its
replenishment/material handling;
- Securing/Coordination of compliance for workshop /warehouse and transportation regulations,
safety regulations, accident prevention regulations and environment regulations;
- Point of first contact for All Base Management and Boarder Guard (BG) at the base;
- Human resources management and deployment planning for the maintenance teams,
warehouses and workshops;
- Commercial Management;
- Cost control of the base and the reporting/budget control to All Base Manager;
- Estimation and specification of quotations for repairs (Corrective Maintenance) in coordination
with All Base Management;
- Co-ordination of maintenance activities with the BG in respect of mission activities of the Assets;
- Deployment scheduling in respect of maintenance activities;
- Preparing of all relevant periodic reports for the base to All Base Manager;
- Claim / guaranty management;
- Clarification of access to long lead items owned (BG Strategic Spare Parts).
المهارات
Mechanical Engineer/Chief engineer with good skills for ships maintenance, marine
engineering with good commercial background knowledge;
- Base Management.
Skills
- Fluent in English language (written and spoken);
- Good command of written and spoken Arabic language (advantageous);
- Good knowledge of Technical English (written and spoken);
- Good knowledge of management principles and techniques;
- Good knowledge of MS Office and common software applications.
