Make a project schedule, designs and drawings.
Making diagrams, forms, and documents.
Study the project quantities table, its detail and its pricing (appropriate experience)
Determining the required liquidity for financing.
Making work breakdown structure for new projects.
Preparing Time schedule and determine the Resources and making the forecasting plan.
Preparing quotations for subcontractors with coordination with the procurement department for suppliers.
Preparing subcontracts, following up on abstracts, and following up on suppliers.
The work of determining the starting requirements for implementation, along with an inventory of the preliminary items of the project and an inventory of their quantities to start purchasing them.
Monitor any deviation in the schedule, project cost schedule, and project duration.
Follow up the contractual obligations of the project.
Preparing the abstracts and quantifying the project.
Quantity surveying works for contractors and preparing extracts.
Review the schedule and detailed programs.
Business delivery and follow-up business to the customer.
Preparing the inventory programs system and following up each item separately.
Set up a system that saves project documents.
المهارات
Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Construction).
Total Experience between 10 - 12
Experience in implementation and supervision (6-8) years
Technical office manager’s Experience (4-6) years.
Experience in implementing and supervising civil works and familiarity with architectural, mechanical, sanitary, electrical and air conditioning works.
the ability to work under pressure.
Team Leadership Skills.
Demonstrate effective personal skills in the work environment in terms of the ability to devise solutions and come up with creative ideas.
Good handling of work problems and good management.
AutoCAD software.
Primavera Software.
Excel, word, PowerPoint.
Very good English language skills.
