To ensure that Marketing decisions are based on sound knowledge of Brand Affinity Measurement and Market Intelligence of competition while ensuring that both Brand Health and Market Intelligence programs are executed on time with quality outcomes.
Brand Affinity Measurement Execution
Manage 3rd party to delivery monthly KPIs on time and with quality.
Review quality measures and highlight any information gaps / strategic actions
Parallel listening of 30-40 of telephonic interviews on a monthly basis for quality assurance of Health tracker
Ensure robust sampling requirement are met by examining quotas across demographic profiles
Update monthly sampling and reporting databases (Brand Health, Market Intelligence and Lapse studies)
Brand Affinity Measurement Reporting
Update internal Brand Health templates, write insightful conclusions and actions
Assist in research projects to fulfill information gaps
Prepare presentations for QLTs, and internal stakeholders
Ensure accuracy of numbers (Brand Health, Market Intelligence , Lapse studies and other researches)
Market Intelligence
Execute and update market lintel program covering Network, Products, and Digital capabilities.
Review 15-20 websites of competition PMIs or product categories on a monthly basis and update Market Intel reports.
Update Performance sheets for 35 competitors from Arqam / Financial reports published by competition
Prepare competitive Intel reports for Digital, Corp, SMEs
Price Intelligence/ Lapse Research
Manage 3rd party to execute Price Intelligence research.
Review Price Intel communication
Prepare and update Price bench marking database
Review the results (Brand Health, Market Intelligence and Lapse studies) and prepare comparative reports for(Brand Health, Market Intelligence and Lapse studies
Acquiring information from Sales department on Lapse customers, and ensuring research is conducted to quantify lapse reasons.
Ensuring accuracy of numbers of(Brand Health, Market Intelligence and Lapse studies
Budgets
Prepare, Monitor, and control research budgets.
المهارات
A solid understanding of research methodologies (Both Quantitative and Qualitative) and execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify correlations and commonalities
Strong reporting writing skills / ability to craft insights from raw data
Hands on experience in insight generation and data mining
Excellent computer skills with capabilities in web search, advance excel/ dashboards, power point and word
