الوصف الوظيفي Assist the company doctor and provide the required medical services to employees. Key Accountabilities Consult preparation Retrieve the staff members’ medical file, check and prepare it to assure file is complete for use by doctor. Do initial check-up of concerned staff member, check vital signs and register accordingly in the files. Medical checkups Schedule, prepare and administer the medical checkups for new recruits and employees re-entering in general, and in particular the medical checkups for issuance of iqama, Baladiya cards and medical crises checkups. Nursing services Provide medical nursing services, on request of doctor, e.g. first aid, checking vital signs, drawing blood samples, deliver injections and vaccinations, bandaging, Body Mass Index (BMI) Issuing medications Monitor and dispense prescription medications based on instructions from doctor. Employee files Responsible for up to date medical files concerning employees, e.g. register hospital visits, medical history, lab results and medication prescribed in order to assure that updated files are available for Doctor when required. Medical equipment Responsible to assure that all needed medical instruments and equipments are available for doctor to use at all times. This includes management of inventory and sterilization of the instruments. First Aid kits Check and ensure, in alignment with Safety Manager, that all First Aid Kits throughout SADAFCO are stocked according to list and ready to use. Vaccination & health campaigns Organize and execute the vaccination campaigns together with doctor for Ramadan and Hajj and any other campaigns when required. Emergencies Take appropriate action in case of emergencies, provide first aid and guide and accompany employees to hospital if necessary. Baladiya registration Register new employees in the Baladiya and execute timely application for the renewal of Baladiya cards in coordination with Recruitment and ES Team. External Communication Dealing with clients to provide better services to SADAFCO employees such as visit hospitals, pharmacies, Baladiya and depots as per business needs. Medical Insurance Develop and update the reports on the medical insurance in order to manage the policy and draw conclusions to be discussed with doctor. After alignment with doctor action where necessary. المهارات Educational level: minimum diploma in Nursing, preference for a bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, e.g. in dispensing injections and medication, drawing blood Valid license from Saudi Council Organization Languages: Speech, reading and writing: fluent in Arabic, proficient in English Proficient in MS Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint Valid driving license Competencies Well-developed communication skills Determined and steadfastly Practical and hands-on mentality Friendly though firm Caring personality تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/company-nurse-4205804/ |
