Work Location: Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Essentials

Establish and maintain specific project procedures for Construction Supervision Management in particular for School/ Educational Sector projects.

Regular reviewing and providing approval of contractors work programs, method statements, material sources, working drawings and As-built drawings, interim certificates for progress payments etc, including monitoring the impact of construction works on the environment etc

Advise COMPANY representatives on any potential variation to the CONTRACTOR’s scope of work that may generate cost or time impact and present assessment.
