A medical representative’s job is to promote and sell the company products, whether that’s pharmaceutical tools or medical equipment’s. Customers can include hospitals, doctors, nurses and pharmacists. The medical representative will increase product awareness, answer queries, provide advice and introduce new products.
Key responsibilities include:
1- organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based healthcare staff
2- identifying and establishing new business
3- negotiating contracts
4- demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses, pharmacists and healthcare professionals
5- maintaining detailed records
8-particpating in trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
8-managing budgets
9-reviewing sales performance
10-writing reports and other documents
المهارات
Job Requirements:
Proven sales experience within the local market (Saudi Arabian - Gulf market)
3-10 years of relevant sales experience. (MEDICAL & CHEMICAL PRODUCTS)
Dynamic and broad knowledge in various sales channels
Effective sales skills and competencies (B2B sales)
Proven ability to meet annual sales targets of products
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must be bilingual: Arabic speaker with fluent English language proficiency
Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Customer oriented and service minded personality
BSc degree in Marketing, Business, Chemistry or other related field.
Microsoft Office skills
Having valid transferable iqama
Location availability in Jeddah/Riyadh
