Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities.
P&L;responsibility for the health care business
Establish a distribution networks and developing distribution strategies
Analyze business and monitor market trends
Provide input into regulatory and registration strategy
Work closely with Business Development team to
o Assess health care opportunity potential.
o Design market entry strategies for health care initiatives.
o Develop market assumptions and forecast sales volumes.
o Conduct health care related market research studies and analyze findings.
o Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and sub distributors to manage product introduction.
Design growth strategy for health care business.
Design and implement business plan based on the approved strategy.
Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
Develop pricing strategies.
المهارات
Knowledge of market research.
Relevant product and industry knowledge (Pharmaceutical, Baby Care, Cosmetics, Medical devices).
Managed P&L;for 5 years at least.
Arabic speaker with a good command of English both oral and written.
University degree (health care related).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in all aspects of planning and implementation of pharma sales strategy
Experience of the roles and responsibilities of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA)
