Saudi Nationality
University Degree in Automotive Engineering or Equivalent
Ability to prepare necessary reply notes and letters to any received complaint from Ministry of Commerce and Investment
Experience in Administrative field for not less than Five years
Fully aware of MCI process and punctuality of closing and solving related complaints
Response punctuality
Effectiveness of responding to customers complaints

المهارات
Skills:-
Computer proficiency with database and analysis rules experience
Mastering Communication skills with internal and external department
Proficiency in writing and explaining issues related to Ministry of Commerce and Investment
English Language is preferred
MS, Microsoft awareness is preferred
