Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related discipline Experience • 12+ years of experience in an IT business analytics role and business solutions analysis projects • Demonstrated business analyst work with large scale applications that may include CRM and ERP solutions • Solid foundation in project management methodologies • Strong experience with MS Project and Project server • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in discovering customer business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements. • Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot and isolate system issues. • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional customer service skills. • Experience in SharePoint sites & InfoPath forms • Experience in Microsoft Power Apps • Excellent skills Power BI • Excellent skills in Microsoft office • Excellent skills .Net applications • Excellent skill and experience in process modeling • More than 12 years’ experience in the same field Additional Requirement • Approved experience in project management • Ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual environment • Preferred certified Business Analyst • Preferred Six Sigma Certified • Preferred PMP Certified تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/senior-business-systems-analyst-pmo-4250778/ |
