Production Manager / Technical consultant

•Production of Acrylic Polymers, Wet strength resin, PMA ( Poly maleic acid ), Water Treatment Chemical, Biocides, Boiler Chemicals, Antiscalant, Cooling tower Chemicals, Paper Treatment Chemical, defoemer.

•Trouble shooting and down time reduction, Handling of production equipment as per process manufacturing record and Standard Operating Procedure.

•Taking immediate corrective action for any deviations from process parameters and utilities.

•Controlling and maintaining complete production process. process parameters.

•Assuring the quality of raw material and the product.

•Power change over and following start-up and shutdown procedure.

• Contribute and participate in plant improvements, plant startup & plant shutdown activities and other projects.

• Communicates with other Department for production planning.

• Preparing shift schedules for supervisors, operators and production helpers. For weekly basis.
