الوصف الوظيفي 1. As directed, handles all employee communications. 2. Processing the employees’ Exit/Re-entry Visas. 3. Obtaining the online invoices for GOSI, telephones, and related utility services. 4. Ensure that all the data required by the HR Administration are completed per request and as policies. 5. Follow up training needs assessment with all employees in the departments, and ensure having the needed approvals for the yearly plan. 6. Follow-up training program and nomination of employee attendees. 7. Maintaining employees’ files and records for future reference. 8. Ensure that employees’ official documents are properly maintained and renewed before expiry. 9.
