Practices the common theories and principles of talent management including employment, classification and compensation, recruitment, labour relations, affirmative action, learning and development, employee benefits.
Possesses an ability to resolve normal problems associated with professional human resources work.
Assist in the planning and management of TM projects, negotiate, appropriately prioritize and meet deadlines
Gather, analyse, and organize information, conduct comparative analyses, make recommendations supported by identified facts, and present clear recommendations to TM Controller.
Successfully meet the assigned recruitment targets with timely updates/creation of activities in the RHP/E-Recruitment system.
Conduct the assigned CV searches and provide a short-list
Reduction in the total process cycle time right from JO Acceptance to on-boarding
Apply technological advances to work applications
Assist in the organization of job fairs and employer branding campaigns.
Proactively play the E-Recruitment Administrator’s role in consultation with TM Controller, including the uploading of work visas and monitoring their utilization
Provide Technical guidance to entry level TM staff
Knows the scope of TM/HR practice, its impact on the organization and staff performance, and shows specific competence in some or all aspects of HR.
Commitment to continuously improving customer service. Promotes effective customer service & coordination.
Provide technical guidance to entry level Talent Management staff
Loyalty, confidentiality and exemplary ethics are essential.
Possess sound communication, PC and E-Recruitment skills.
Ability to elicit cooperation of others.
Actively listens and communicates at the highest level of effectiveness.
Undertakes such additional duties as may be assigned by the TM Controller
المهارات
Knowledge about surveys and other instruments to provide important feedback related to HR initiatives.
PC literacy with exceptional proficiency in MS Office.
Fluency in both English and Arabic
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional - Experienced in Military Recruitment will also be preferred.
