Constantly monitor the overall plant process
Managing the plant environment to maximize efficiencies while continuously driving improvements in the areas of profit, project ROI, process automation, and effective use of all operational employees.
Liaising with all departments (Finance, Head office, Sales) to meet daily plant KPI.
Continually evaluate processes and methods and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment, performance, utilization, management of people, and quality of product and customer service.
Health, Safety, and Quality
Carrying out monthly safety inspections as per QHSE policy and take corrective actions related to areas of concern.
Sound knowledge, experience, and implementation, of ISO, BRC, HACCP, SQMS and YUM audit requirements.
Maintain and continually improve the company Food Safety system to meet the highest international standards.
Review and advise on all training plans related to Health, Safety and Quality to make sure they meet both the staff and business needs.
Production Planning
Implementation of shift plans with an emphasis on production lines’ utilizations and efficiencies. b) Planning of resources to meet production goals.
Ensure plant performance KPIs are met.
Calculate shift optimization and staffing.
Communication
Conduct daily, weekly and monthly meetings with all key personnel to communicate key business targets, areas of concern, and areas of improvement.
Support HR with all employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and formal investigations.
Communicate in a clear and methodical way both to employees, management, and senior management as and when required.
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Plant Production Environment.
Solid understanding of HACCP and Food safety standards (ISO, BRC, SQMS, YUM) and procedures.
People management, problem-solving ability, hands-on leadership and high work standards are of prime importance.
