Job Purpose:
Develop tactical plans to achieve strategic “BIT goals and objectives” with an aim to exceed guest experience and enhance operational efficiency.
Execution of BIT strategical and tactical plans.
Promote Kaizen Culture/Mind-set at Gemba/ BIT Hub
Mentor/Coach associates.
Plan and Execute horizontal/Vertical expansion of BIT operations
Obligations:
IPE Factor:
Executing Kaizen plan implementation in line with BIT schedule at Gemba by involving relevant stakeholders (Operations/ Support functions/ BIT Hub)
Facilitating to adopt actions to sustain Kaizen activities (SOP and Associate development) at Gemba.
Monitoring the progress by daily/weekly/monthly KPI achievement. Visualize the KPI for any irregularities and take corrective actions.
Replanning/ readjusting BIT activities schedule as when needed, in alignment with BIT master schedule.
Kaizen culture development at Gemba through coaching/mentoring and facilitating Small Group activities (SGA).
Supporting engagement activities (Job Profiling, Incentive, Reward and Recognition) at Gemba.
Providing Department Head/ BIT Head the status of BIT activities at regular interval through reports/ meetings
Conduct PRIDA and Engagement discussions with the subordinates through open discussion to nurture associate’s development and succession planning.

Functional KPI’s, Adherence to BIT Schedule, Engagement Scores, Quality & Accuracy of Reports, Self-Learning, 5S
المهارات
Desired candidates will have the following:
Knowledgeable in automotive industry and been working with Kaizen background.
Bachelor’s Degree preferably Engineer or Business Administration.
Kaizen Coach/ Promoter. Optional - Lean/ Six Sigma/ Instructor/TBP Certified
5 years of relevant operations experience. Proven track record of operational kaizen development is plus. The associate to have at least 2 years of experience in GM role (desirable).
Negotiation skills, conflict management, team building, interpersonal skills, computer literate, motivational skills, coach, facilitator, good communication skills (Arabic an added advantage), good mathematical and analytical abilities.
