After Market Manager sales support and service with knowledge of OEM dealing.
Handling sales of key customers. Customers and sites visit regularly required.
Plan, manage and develop the workforce consisting of mechanic, administrator, warehouse, and supervisor.
Achieve the business objectives of the MRS (Mining and Excavation Service) products Parts and Service in terms of growth, market share and profitability.
Being a customer’s contact with the ambition to exceed customer’s needs and expectations regarding service and feedback.
Coordinating with other divisions.
Handling Support and communication with the supplier.
Leading and exploring new sales channels, campaign, and market survey of existing and competitors fleet.
Define market requirements, product mapping, new products, additions and changes based on market analysis. Assist with establishing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales strategies.
Ensures all new products developed are profitable or strategic by steering product development with guidelines and/or technical specifications
Provides market forecasts for products and MRS monthly reports.
Create product plans, including business case, responsible for leading the interactions between the Product Management/service team teams regarding product roadmaps, product plans, and new product introductions.
Facilitate the product management cycles by establishing credibility, interacting and communicating with the other cross-functional teams involved in the product development process.
Plan and lead the machines startup and commissioning.
Other duties and projects as assigned.
المهارات
Mechanical engineer background with experience and spare parts sales and service od heavy duty machines. Mining sector equipment is an advantage.
English is Must, Arabic is an advantage.
